04/06/03: Back to the Future

Okay, I realize I'm not going 'back' anywhere, but it does sort of have to do with the future, and I couldn't resist! =) Just ignore my OCD tendencies.  Moving on, this is where I'm supposed to talk about my plans for next year and such.  Well, considering the colleges I applied to were Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, CalTech, and MIT, I think we can assume I'm not going to major in American History.  I'll probably be going to Virginia Tech, although CalTech would probably be my first choice...y'know, if not for that whole $40,000-a-year-thing.  Actually it's really cool, I applied for this summer engineering design program with Virginia Tech, and they asked me if I had any experience in design teams.  So I used this project from Imagining the Future last year.

Basically, I want to go into Computer Engineering--I'm not really sure if it has much to do with what I'm doing now, but I'm hoping so, because this project has been a lot of fun...well, except for this whole documenting thing...I could've done without that. =) Durn, and it's not even done yet.  Oh well, I've finished most of it for this quarter!  Yay-ness!  Now I can go back to working on my program! =)
