Daily Logs - Fourth QuarterApril 21, 2003 First day of Fourth Quarter!!! I undertook the general housekeeping tasks, creating a new web-page for the gourth quarter, restarting the daily logs, etc. April 23, 2003 Today I researched an online technical paper called the NINJA project. April 25, 2003 I was absent today because I went to visit my sister. April 28, 2003 I did a write up of the NINJA web page. NINJA paper analysis April 30, 2003 I added some buttons to my project (square, triangle, rotate, erase, etc.) but I can't get them to work. May 2, 2003 The buttons still aren't working. I think the problem may have to do with which canvas is drawn. May 5, 2003 I had my AP Literature exam this morning. It went ok. May 7, 2003 I was in guidance today instead of in class. APs are getting very stressful! May 9, 2003 Oh my, today was back to the grind with more fiddling around to see what's wrong with my project. I did, however, sucessfully add a scrollbar to my canvas! May 12, 2003 I spent my time formatting my Latex file so that it could become a pdf. I got it working, but there are still some bugs. May 13, 2003 I have my AP Psych test this afternoon. I'm afraid the project is going on the backburner. May 15, 2003 Back to the project. I still can't get those buttons to work! The canvas will draw a circle if I call it from the easel Makeeasel function, but it won't if I call the draw command from the DrawCircle function. May 19, 2003 Mr. Latimer put me in contact with a Python group to get help with my project. I'm still waiting for results. May 20, 2003 I got a reply that addressed one problem in my project, but does not strike at the root of my difficulties. I still cannot link an event to a drawing. May 22, 2003 Almost there... to the end of school I mean. I spruced up my web page and worked more on my tech paper. May 26, 2003 Memorial Day!! No school May 27, 2003 I updated all of my logs and made no progress on that button problem... again. |
