4th Quarter Goals

This quarter will be devoted to adding pieces to my project, getting more working buttons, and in general sprucing things up. I want to add a 'pen' function, along with a way to change the color and texture of the drawings. I also plan on getting some animation in there, so that the user can create an object and then set it travelling on some path.
Additionally, I would like to have a deeper understanding of the Python language. I plan to learn python functions that won't necessarily go into my techlab project, but that will be a part of my general knowledge for use in the future.
Finally, if I finish my project early I want to move on to Java. I spoke with a professor at UNC-Chapel Hill who told me that the initial computer science classes are taught in Java. He recommended the online tutorial that he wrote himself. I will take that up, time permitting.
