A Black-Scholes formula for vanilla and binary options : Disclaimer: Massive mathematical knowledge required to understand. I don't even pretend to understand it, but hopefully I can work with the formula it yields. Considering this derivation led to a trillion-dollar industry and earned its researchers a Nobel Prize in economics, it should be difficult. Rating: A for people who like hard math, F for everyone else.
Option Pricing Models A site which gives a rough introduction to the various option pricing models. It does not give specific processes or equations to the models, so if you want a qualitative description, here's the place. Rating: C
Information on Option Calculation Models This site actually gives equations to most of the models I'd like to research, including Black-Scholes, Black's Approximation, Cox, Ross & Rubenstein binomial model, and Whaley's quadratic approximation. Overall, very useful. Rating: A-
