Presentation slides for the oral report of your final project version June 2007
Reminder to use visuals representations if possible - for example screenshots/sample runs, data charts/graphs, UML diagrams

- Title page and author
- Abstract, introduction, background
- Purpose/subject/goals of the project
- Scope of your study and project
- Types of results you expect
- Are you aware of similar projects others are currently doing (outside of TJ)? How have others gone about trying to solve a similar problem or project area to yours? How is your approach building on or varying from other's work?
- Development or Construction section - theory, procedures, algorithms you're using, requirements and design issues
- Explain procedures/methods you're using to accomplish your objectives
- Do you have a design and requirements for the design? What programming language or tool are you using
- What kinds of analysis and what kinds of tests of your program do you expect to do?
- Describe algorithms you are using or expect to be able to use
- Have you run into particular problems so far?
- Results and conclusions
- Any preliminary results that you are learning from? Analysis - is preliminary testing leading anywhere?
- Try to use visuals such as screenshots, graphs/charts, UML diagrams, structural diagrams
- Summarize any points you are learning so far. Has your original plan changed throughout the quarter?
- Be sure to include in your presentation: Larger Purpose - How can your research ideas be used by others and what are possible benefit(s) or values for other people?
