Artificial Intelligence, Fall 2000 and 2003
General Description
Artificial Intelligence is an accelerated
half-credit semester course requiring AP computer science
as a prerequisite. Students program in LISP and PROLOG in a UNIX
environment as they explore various topics in the field of
Artificial Intelligence. Some of the topics covered include
knowledge representation, production systems, matching,
searching techniques, logical reasoning, predicate calculus,
and genetic algorithms. This class carries the same extra
grade point value as an AP course.
