Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology
Computer Technology Training Center
Welcome to the CS Lab
We would like to welcome you to the
Computer Systems Lab
at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. TJHSST is the Governor's magnet school in northern Virginia for students with special interests
and abilities in science and technology, but we are anxious to share what we
have learned with anyone who wants to learn about leading edge technologies.
We have been developing a number of materials that supplement the excellent
texts we use by O'Reilly & Associates, Inc.,
such as UNIX in a Nutshell, Web Design in a Nutshell
, Learning Perl, and many others.
The materials presented here are used to educate our own students and faculty,
as well as other teachers at inservice and professional development programs
and our partners in the business community.
Here are some of the materials we currently have online:
UNIX
